Deoum stands behind the quality of every hearing aid we sell. This page outlines our warranty coverage and return process.

1. Warranty Coverage
All Deoum hearing aids come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to water beyond the device's rated protection level.

2. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@deoum.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the device at no charge. Shipping costs for warranty returns are covered by Deoum.

3. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For devices outside the warranty period, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost. Please contact us for a quote before sending any device.

4. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging. For hygiene reasons, consumable accessories (ear tips, domes, wax guards) are non-returnable.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
