At Deoum, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that choosing the right hearing aid is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
1. 30-Day Trial Period
We offer a 30-day trial period on all hearing aid purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding shipping fees.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the hearing aid must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, devices that show signs of heavy use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@deoum.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Accessories such as ear tips, domes, wax guards, and batteries are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
